Terms and Conditions
Refunds and Returns
Our returns period is 14 days from when you receive the goods, and any returned items must be received by us within this time. Please allow up to 7 working days for your goods to reach us. We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and will then process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
In some cases this may take a few days, so we would be grateful if you could bear with us. If you have requested a refund, we will refund your credit card within 2 days but please note that once we have refunded your card, it is then out of our control when your bank refunds the money onto the credit card. Any refunds due are credited back to the card used to pay for the original order.
If you have requested a replacement of a higher value, we will telephone you to take payment information over the telephone for the difference. Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return - however, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery.
Please return all items unused and in their original condition and packaging and with all tags intact to Seriously Gifted. Obtain a Certificate of Posting (available free from the Post Office) for all returns and you should keep this Certificate until you have received your refund or replacement. We cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.
A refund will not be possible if the item/items arrrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used, in these cases the item/s will be returned to you. Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings or hair products in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations. We will not also be able to refund any item that has been specially ordered outside our current range. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancelling an Order
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. To cancel this contract, either telephone or email us with the order number and your instruction to cancel. If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us and we can then refund the credit card.
Next Day Delivery
